2.3 By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3.3 The Platform is not liable for unauthorised access to accounts resulting from weak or shared login details.

4.1 Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any information posted.

4.3 Users agree not to post unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate content.

5.1 Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

5.2 Post false, misleading, defamatory information, stolen vehicles or vehicles without valid proof of ownership.

5.3 Infringe on intellectual property or third-party rights.

5.4 Fake, forged, or fraudulent documents, including registration papers, roadworthiness certificates, or insurance documents.

5.5 Attempt to hack, disrupt, misuse the Platform's systems or harm the reputation.

6.1 The Platform does not endorse, sponsor, or verify the products, services, or users that appear in advertisements.

6.2 Any reliance on content posted by users is at the user's own risk.

7.1 The Platform does not handle or facilitate payments between users.

7.2 The Platform is not responsible for loss of funds, scams, or non-delivery of items or services.

7.3 Users are encouraged to meet in safe public places and use secure methods of payment.

8.1 The Platform reserves the right to remove, edit, or reject any advertisement that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8.2 Users may report suspicious activity or content through our contact form.

9.1 The Platform may collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9.2 Users consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of providing and improving the Platform.

10.1 All content, design, and features of the Platform are the intellectual property of Autobots and may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without prior written consent.

12.4 Autobots is not responsible for any losses, damages, fraud, or disputes arising from user-to-user interactions.

12.5 Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate a user's access without notice if they breach these Terms.

14.2 Users may also request account deletion at any time.
